Common questions
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. All plans are rolling monthly — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Annual billing gives you a discount (2 months free), but it is prepaid, not locked in. If you pay annually and cancel, unused months are refunded.
What if I want to upgrade my plan later?
You can upgrade at any time. Your pricing adjusts from the next billing date — you only pay the difference for the remainder of the current period.
Is the build fee refundable?
The build fee covers the project work: design, development, and deployment. Once your project is underway, the fee is non-refundable. We agree on milestones upfront so you always know what’s been delivered at each stage.
Can I start on a basic plan and add features over time?
Yes. Start on any plan and add features as your needs grow. Add-ons activate immediately, and you can upgrade your base plan at any billing cycle.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes. International clients are invoiced in USD at the equivalent rate. All plans and build fees are available globally.
What counts as a “support hour”?
A support hour is direct, hands-on time spent on your project by a team member — implementing a change, diagnosing an issue, or providing a consultation. Routine email exchanges and quick questions do not count toward your monthly allowance.
